Mark called me back within 2 hours after hurricane Irma. Through text, video, and talking me through it, he got the unit working. Excellent company that would call from their personal phones immediately after the storm and get my generator running which I needed for 5 days. This is the first time I have ever done any type of post and Mark deserved it.

They dropped the ball before a hurricane. Called for service on my whole house generator. I had a problem. The utility power went out and the generator kick on but no power. I called a week before hurricane maria hit. The showed the next day for service, nice. Said they had to order a power board. The gen would not start. Said it would be in in two days. I email telling them I got the gen started. Their reply "the board is bad if you use the gen you may blow out your appliances". Nine days later no board. The hurricane hit and we lost our food. Then the Utility power returned. Two day later they came to install the new board only to find the generator was in working condition all the time. Seems the gen kicked on just as the utility power came back and the transfer switch did not reset. A stop back to check after I started the gen would have saved time, trouble and worry. The board was here in time for repair (if needed) I saw the postmark on the shipping box. Just a waste of time. I gave 3 stars on quality because the service tech was top notch. So if you need emergency service I'd look elsewhere.

They stayed with us personally by email all throughout the weeklong power outage of Hurricane Irma in Florida in Sept 2017. Incredibly good service. Highly recommend.

VERY responsive and professional; due to homeowners association requirements the unit is not yet installed but all the basics have been completed including the site survey and a complete explanation of the actual installation. They were very accommodating on pricing and have been true to their word up to this point. I will provide additional comments once the actual installation and testing has been finalized.

The final touch to the construction of our new home was to ensure we had electricity to secure our home from intruders and make us comfortable during an electrical outage. After interviewing several generator installers, we immediately recognized the need for an installer that specializes in generators, not just a general electrician.
