Overall, things went as planned. Jared who inspected our old furnancew did an exceptional job, however, a little more experience/knowledge in the sales area will greatly benefit Jared and your company. Andrews who cleaned our ducts was an outstanding professional. The installers were also outstanding professionals (see separate comments). The only question that I have is the limited warranty for the furnace - 20 years on heat exchanger, 1 year labor, 5 years parts and 45 days workmanship (kind of surprising that Dicks will not stand behind their workmanship for a longer period of time). Also, the 5 years parts warranty should be 10 years.

I was impress with the tech that came out and explained everything to me and also the experience this company have in this business. My wife and I made our mind up 15 minutes after he left. Kevin

Very Courteous, On time and Knowledgeable

Came fast, very knowledgable, found small, easily repairable problem, did not try to talk me into buying a whole new furnace or try to tell me the whole thing was broken. Trustworthy and will use again!
