"This roofing company was excellent in customer service, I was kept informed as to when this project would be started and what to expect in the length and process. I had high ceiling 4 skylights in my living room and there was a leak which was extremely upsetting as we had rain and expecting more. "We are very happy with how Serge was able to go through our list of home maintenance projects, and complete them all in less than 2 days. He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. "Ogi was amazing, he replaced 30 siding boards that were damaged by the weather & made them blend in & not look replaced and uneven. He also did flashing on all 9 of my beams to prevent rot. He painted my 2,913 sq ft house & my 1,800 sq ft shop. He worked very fast & stayed right on the deadline he gave me. My color turned out amazing, no flaws or correction needed. He was extremely affordable & came in a couple thousand lower than I was quoted from other painters. If you can get past the language barrier, I promise you will have the best looking house on the block."

"Dans Painting Service was called when another contractor who started the job had completed it only in part. Due to their pressure washing the roof with too much pressure, much of the dormer and fascia trim upstairs on our large and once lovely home was left poorly. Some parts were damaged. Dan and crew helped to get the bad business that occurred repaired as well as possible and our house looks almost new again. We are so pleased by their expert repairs where they could make them and also where they finished the job in three days. I am so grateful that they could come in and take on the mess and were so professional and quick to see that we are now sealed in for winter with the lovely coat of white satin paint that makes our house glisten again. We have a very steep roof and the trim boards on all of the dormers and some siding, too, were extremely difficult to reach. It was a dangerous and exhausting job just to carry and control the high ladders they had to use. Had they not been such experienced men, they probably would not have even wanted to help us out. We were left with only four warm days predicted,so Dan went more than the extra mile to get the job done . I am extremely grateful to him and to his crew and will hire him back again! He does stand behind his work and checked to see that all was done to our complete and happy satisfaction."

"I had JA paint the outside of my house and restain a large deck. They pressure wased everything and let it dry, then did whatever sanding, scraping and caulking required to get everything ready for the paint/stain. The house and trim got two coats of paint and the deck got two coats of stain. absolutely no mess when they finished! They protected the plants and adjacent structures from any overspray. The house and deck look great. I've gotten comments from the neighbors about how nice it looks! Thanks JA."

"Mr. Garcia painted the exterior of my home in 2017. His work was so beautiful and well done, I requested him to come back and paint the interior of my home, in preparation for an appraisal. Mr. Garcia 'help me to pick the right colors for my craftsman home regarding wall paint, trim and stain for the doors. He and his crew's work was detailed, the black and white color theme, and the aged wood doors are beautifully stained and look new. Garcia's painting also washed and stained the porch and decks. "I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service.
