The Duct cleaner appeared to be quite thorough and there was an amazing difference in the hourse after the cleaning was completed. The service person was pleasant and took the time to answer my questions. The only thing that I had a problem with was that he was trying to sell me services and things. I don't mind recommendations but I prefer they do thier jobs and if I don't really need something, don't try to sell me something.
