Although they did not hasve the part on hand they went the extra mile to get it in a couple days. With the cold weather at hand it was pretty cold in the house (we lived in front og the gas fireplace or in bed for three nights), It could have been a lot longer with having to order the part, I presume from the OEM. Thankfully, it is nice and warm at home again, and we have signed up for regular annual maintenance, and duct cleaning to complete the job.

Great, knowledgable electric furnace tech, but my inspections turned into something I was not prepared to pay for. The first furnace needed parts replaced for about $600 and the quote on the 2nd was about $1000. I stopped the service after the first furnace because I was expecting a 300-400 total bill and have now called a couple other furnace repair companies to get some more estimates. Both of those companies told me over the phone, that I paid way too much for the parts installed. Dicks is a great company, with great employees and if you have money then hire them. But if your tight on funds as I am then do your shopping.

Both times they visited they were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I especially appreciated that Andrew removed his shoes whenever he entered our home even though he had to go in and out multiple times. I found that they charged a little more than others, but they really made it worth the value with their attention to detail and courteousness
