David was a courteous, helpful & experienced technician. He explained what was going on with our funky furnace, cleaned everything up, wrote out instructions for future cleanings. He went the extra mile & gave helpful advice about what it would take to hook up a natural gas fireplace we were debating whether to keep or not. When I had a question about the furnace 24 hours later, I called Dick's weekend hotline & they returned my call promptly. I had a good experience with Dick's staff.

I was the person. Or contact that selected dicks to come in give a quote for there work and for me to get back to them... We have used them before on other occasions and always did a great job... Initial assessment of our furnace revealed that it was a much older unit than we first thought, and it had numerous problems. The initial technician was very thorough and professional and spent a lot of time answering my questions. The technicians installing our new unit were very good--knew their stuff and really did a great job putting in the outside air venting system that we requested. We are very satisfied and would use their services again.

The service Technician was at my home before I got there! He was supposed to be there between 1-5 pm and he beat me there at precisely 1:00. That was great! He was professional honest and efficient. What else is there in customer service???? Oh, I almost forgot...Reasonably priced! Thanks Dick's!
