Dick's was very professional and answered all of my questions and also worked around my schedule.
Had maintenance done on my heating and air conditioning units today. Isay was prompt, respectful and courteous. He asked questions and answered my questions as well. He showed me all the parts that needed cleaning and advised me on how often the filters should be washed, replaced the Hot Surface Ignition, which ours was at a high of over 200 and should be under 100. Isay explained to me what could happen if the part failed. All in all I am very pleased with the service. By the way, Joanie who is in Denver and works for HomeAdvisor was also very helpful and courteous when I called for service. The staff at Dick's were also very courteous.
Pricey for the work that needed to be done.
The initial response time was outstanding, repairs done rapidly, resident happy and warm again.
We just switched from the oil furnace to gas, and also installed a tankless water heater. Steve who gave us a quote was very efficient and professional. Michael, our sales rep was very pleasant to work with. He always returned our calls and followed thorough if there were any issues. We had some problems after they installed the new furnace, but Dick's was committed to solve the problems to our satisfaction. Good customer service is so important to us especially since we had some horrible experience with other companies in the past. Working with Dick's was a good experience.
It took a week to get the part but once it was installed the furnace worked so it was nice to have heat again.
Great Experience
The door on the furnace was bent. The installer installed it anyway and ordered the new door. Everything is fine now.
The customer service was quick and the contractor gone out the next day.
