We had our furnace checked and cleaned and we signed up for 5 year maintenance for $69/year. After that maintenance is free for the life of the furnace. The service man was honest and friendly and he did a good job.

We couldnt understand why DIck's was so much cheaper than EVERYONE else to come diagnos furnace issue, but since we felt we could fix furnace if we just knew issue, this seemed best way to go. The service guy..could not figure out what was wrong. He was here for over 2 hours. FInally he called a senior tech and then knew the issue. He quoted us over 600 dollars for the replacement part. When he left, we looked up replacement part..and were able to buy it, for 82 dollars. We had to hire someone as part still didnt work..he charged us 129 and installed part and fixed a short. Crazy mark up by DIcks. Outrageous. Dont use.
