I am satisfied with the outcome of having my air ducts cleaned. I was shocked about how high the price was but I think it was worth it. Before having them cleaned, I was having horrible allergies in the new house we bought. After, I feel much better and am not suffering nearly as bad. They seemed to be very thorough too which is great!

Their price was much lower than all other 4 contractors I had give me quotes. The salesman had plenty of chances for upsale (filter, thermostat, A/C and furnace units) but never forced anything on me. I was given 3 different options, and when I asked for a more expensive A/C unit, he explained that I woudln't see a return on investment. I am extremely happy with my choice of using Dick's.

When I called, Dick's was able to get a tech out the next day. He was friendly and professional and identified the problem right away. Unfortunately, when he put the system back together, he missed one connection, so while the unit tested ok initially, it wasn't until the next hot day that I noticed I still didn't have cold air from the unit. When I called, Dick's said they could have him back out that day. Within minutes of his return, we had a/c and, of course, there was no charge for the return trip.
