Reviews
Write a Reviewthey were prompt and had the furnace working very quick. Also they were very flexible.
Very professional and fair price.
I called Dick's re repair of a 31-y.o. Rudd furnace. Tech (Bill) said it needed new relay but part was unavailable & company no longer existed (I went online later & found out Rudd indeed still exists). I requested quote for new Trane furnace & heat pump. Tech said system was eligible for a $350 TPU rebate. However, the rebate is $400, & available only if you use a TPU participating HVAC contractor w/ certification in Performance Tested Comfort Standards (PTCS) for equipment & ducting. Tech didn't know what PTCS was. Also OKed pump position too close to property line, against code. Finally, quote was $12,405 w/ tax, $2K more than other bids.
The service tech Jeff was prompt and able to repair my furnace. He gave his recommendations and didn't try to over sell nor was he pushy. Great Company.
they did a good job and the price was right too
He was direct and to the point. He could not find a problem and did not try to sell any products. He answered my questions honestly and was polite.
We hired Dick's to do maintance on our furnace and to give an estimate of air duct cleaning. Service tech was very professional and did a great job. Thank you
I only get a new furnace about every forty years so I was la bit leary about how this would go. Everything went very well, the pitch for a high tech furnace and a heat pump were very well explained to us. We decided on the high tech furnace, it was installed and the old one taken away after a brief ceremony to honor the old furnace for its years of good, warm service.
Installation was fair. Only receioived the work permit one week AFTER the work was completed. There was a bait & switch on the price: We werre told that there was a 5% discount for seniors. After we contested a higher price after the specialist left, he said it was for cash. If he had said it in front of us, we would have pair cash. We are contesting through our credit card.
Arrived at job site on preset time. Completed the work and clean up ok.
