They were very thorough with the initial inspection and gave me full details with pictures, of what the scenario was. I had suspected the majority of the work that would need to be done from my own inspection, but it was clearly defined to me. When it came time to do the work, the fellows were prompt and went to work. Making sure all of the outside areas, ie gardens, outside furniture and landscaping were tarped carefully. Even more importantly, when they were finished for the day, they checked all areas and cleaned up miscellaneous debris that had flown past the tarps. When it began to rain heavily on the afternoon of the first day, I was a bit concerned, but they kept on until the open roof was completely covered and protected well, leaving a bit early, I'm sure for safety reasons. The lead roofer advised me of the situation and gave me his phone # if there was a problem over night, that I should call him and he would return right then to take care of it. That really impressed me. We did not have any problems and again they returned first thing the next morning and worked diligently to finish the job. Upon leaving the roof was beautiful and the yard was cleaned up well. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to replace an old and damaged roof. The total job took 2 days. The end product is great and worth the hassle. But if this company comes to your house be prepared to haggle. They have sales reps that come to the house and give you a ton of knowledge about the roof and products they use. Also there was a lack of communication from the time I signed the contract to when the roof was to be started. II never received a date for work to start until the morning of.

We signed our contract with Mike Shaw on February 28th. The project, re-roofing our house & detached garage, began on March 9th & was completed on March 11th. Much quicker than our previous re-roofing which lasted three weeks. The crew was very professional & did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the results.

The workers were excellent. They answered all my questions, whenever they needed anything they were polite and very friendly to work with. They cleaned up every night and picked up after themselves. I have never seen such hard workers, they completed the job in less then 2 days and that included adding all new plywood which was not known in the beginning. The roof looks great and I have already had many complements on it. I tell everyone who did it and how great the crew was.

Very professional organization from the sales representative to everyone involved with the roofing project. The installation team was always on time and their roofing experience and knowledge allowed them to complete the project faster than I thought it would take.

These are great windows, look nice and the installation occurred with little disruption to our lifestyle. Excellent overall customer service.

This roof was for our rental property. While I wanted quality, I did not want to go high end. Certa Seal was willing to work with me to keep the costs down while providing an attractive, good quality roof with great shingle warranties. I am very pleased with my over all experience with this company.

A little higher than I wanted to pay but extremely happy with the service. They not only replaced my roof but went above and beyond the call of duty with cleaning and replacing items that needed cleaning and replacing. I am very, very happy with the service. I have been in a sling for the pass 6 weeks and I was unable to move items out of their way as well as doing some general yard work. While cleaning up their debris they took it upon themselves to clean up all of the pine needles and pine cones on the driveway, even those that clearly did not come from the roof. Above and Beyond.
