We purchased a home and knew the first priority was to replace the roof. We made an appointment with Kent Shannon. He arrived on time ready to assist. After examining the roof and attic, Kent completely explained the condition of the roof and had plenty of pictures. As we went through the sales process we could tell that he was experienced in roofing and the product. Kent went out of his way to explain the financing options and hand delivered the paperwork. Great company to work with.

The subcontractor was courteous and willing to go the extra mile.

Good presentation, the roofers that did the job were very professional and great to work with. No complaints so far the day after install.

Best thing about them they removed old tub and surround, replaced in 1 day and it looks beautiful.

We were very impressed with their daily clean up and organization of materials which were neatly stacked off to the side of our driveway. Start to finish took a week. Our new roof is beautiful! We highly recommend Reve Exteriors, LLC.

Richard made one hell of a impression on us when he made his sales pitch. He was not only professional, he was down to earth. He wasn't pushing like the other companies we got bids from. He made sure you felt comfortable in the decision. He was like family helping family. For the actual work being done. The guys that showed up were very polite/ hard working. We've got lots or lots of plants/garden next to the house, they did everything in there power to make sure nothing was destroyed. They worked at such a great pace that they did our tear-off and replacement in one day. Impressive!

The staff was professional, timely and informative. The installers took great care of my home during the process and showed us respect. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Richard Macklin was a very knowledgeable sales rep. for this company and it was pleasant to work with him. He answered all my questions and explained the whole process extremely well. I was happy to sign a contract with this gentleman and I look forward to an excellent job on my new roof.

The sales representative, Brian was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable.He gave us lots of information, was willing to work with us on the cost that would be affordable & explained the process. We contacted several different companies and nothing compared to what Reve Exteriors had to offer. The new roof will be installed in a few weeks. I will follow up with another review once the project has been completed.

The sales side of the experience wasn't perfect. They were a little pushy and the product was a bit pricey. The subcontractor who did the work was a joy. The crew was pleasant and professional and the project lead made sure everything was right. There was one item where the salesman appeared to misrepresent the situation, but the sub made it right. In a perfect world, I'd love to buy the product directly and hire the subcontractor.
