Kent and Brandon were extremely professional, informative, and enthusiastic during the estimate process. The roof installation was explained in clear and easy language, and the quality of the materials and work are top notch.

The subcontractors needed to pick up the nails, etc. that were left on the ground and driveway after the job.

If you are looking for quality and with the warrenty to prove it this is the company. The representatives showed extremely good customer service skills the only item that coud use some improvement is their followthrough.

From the sale to the tear off and installation I am very happy with DaBella. As l just retired my concerns about cost were answered and the financing very affordable. The roof looks great and when climbing into the attic the improvement of the air quality there is obvious.

The installers were terrible! Was told the job would be done in a day , 2 at the most. They started the first day doing the tear off...tore off my back porch roof that wasn't suppose to come off {only 2 months old} .They did replace it but also broke my front porch roof but refused to do anything about it. Installer was witnessed urinating in front yard and another smoking and putting his cigarettes out on the new roof and leaving the butts there {3}, The salesmen were nice and polite, but never did a follow up on the work that was done and some of what they promised was never done. Seemed in the long run they just wanted to get the sale . Had to go out of our way to contact the main office numerous times as we had not heard anything after the initial first visit from the salesmen [we had given them a large deposit and were thinking we might have been scammed, very stressful]. The quality of the material is excellent!

We have not started the work yet but are signing the contract today. They were not the least expensive of my three bids they were the best informed. Every question I had was fully explained to where I understood the answers. Franklin was a veritable fountain of information and his attitude / helpfulness was and is the primary reason we are going with REVE Exteriors. If the work is any bit the quality of Franklin we will be very satisfied.

The windows we purchased are high quality with a lifetime guarantee and the financing rates are incredibly low.

Richard was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. He made sure I understood what was involved in roofing (since I've never had to replace one). Project was completed quickly and the workers did a good job of cleaning up, which I appreciate. I'm very happy with the finished product and think I made a good choice with Reve Exteriors.
