I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.

My wife and I met with Jacob and Dave on 1/12/2017. The experience was very comfortable and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed reviewing our options on the shower replacement, and both of them were very professional in their conduct. My wife is usually very skeptical of salespeople or estimators, but she and I both found Jacob and Dave to be very engaging and compassionate. And they truly have a passion about customer service! Our work is not yet completed, but we are very confident that it will turn out as well as they explained to us that it would, step-by-step. There was no lack of detail, and no sales pressure; in fact, we negotiated the agreement for service on the first day! We would highly recommend this company and the quality of product and personnel. This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.

Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.

Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
