I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Hire Gold Roofing! Edgar, the owner is kind, honest & gives you a good deal for the work & was less than 1/2 than many other proposals/estimates I received. They used a different type of product than the oleâ Snow Coat type stuff. The product they used will last 40-50 years AND Gold Roofing gave me a 10 year warranty on Labor/Repairs etc. Edgar was kind enough to work with the demands of Home Owners Insurance paperwork too. Edgar and his workers were Super nice people & very fast workers with a great work ethic. All were very kind & respectful of me & my property. They worked fast, did a great job & cleaned up like they were never here. I wish I had a 1000 roofs that needed done so I could hire Gold Roofing to do the 100 roofs! "On time, diligent and thorough through out the entire process. I had another company come and help me but it stopped working again after a couple weeks. "For metal type roofs, new and repair, JVA Roofing is the contractor to use. Jesus and his crew are very knowledgeable. I have a 900 sq.Ft shop with a metal roof at least 25+years old. Had a minor leaks. Jesus discovered that the majority of the roof screw washers had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. He and his crew arrived on site a day ahead of time, removed roof moss, install 2 safety anchors and replaced all of the roof screws. Job was finished in 1 day. Very happy with the results. His price was very reasonable."
