"Rock Electric was great. We had electricity brought to a new shop in our backyard. The Rock people were on time, they stayed in touch while we were scheduling and rescheduling. The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames. After initially speaking with some other outfits that never got back to us or did not show or call for their scheduled appts it was refreshing to work with a group with conscientious, communicative, customer oriented people. "Lucas was on time, cheerfully put up with the chaotic environment in my house, and fixed all of the problems and addressed all of the issues that I had. For $165, Lucas fixed numerous little electrical problems we had (power outage to several outlets in our kitchen and our stove's hood, an improperly installed light fixture, and broken heaters), including braving into our spider-infested crawl space. He also investigated why one of our circuits trips it's breaker all the time and gave us an estimate for having the bad heaters replaced. All told, this took him about 3 hours. He was extremely pleasant, quick, and well worth the $165."

"I was told by The Geek Squad to install on electric outlet above my fireplace to install a 55 inch flat screen television. I looked online for an electrical contractor in my area and was recommended to 3 contractors. I filled out my name, address, email address and phone number and as soon as I was investigating the On Site Electric LLC, I received a phone call from Scott Larsen who advised of the costs and was here the next day. He and his apprentice took only an hour of labor to get me set up with a new outlet, they were very professional and very thorough. The job was done to better than my expectation. "Tripped Electric upgraded our main service panel in our barn, and trenched a new 100-amp sub-panel to our shop. Every electrician on site was knowledgeable, and smiled even though I asked them a million questions. PUD disconnect, rewire/upgrade, Snohomish County L&I inspection, PUD service re-connected, back up and running in 2 days! I went out and bought a lotto ticket, who the hell gets PUD on site 2 days in a row?! (No disrespect PUD, all the linemen were super cool.) Seriously though, for any local electrical needs, residential or commercial, I highly recommend calling Tripped Electric. Reminds you of the good ol' days when local businesses actually gave a crap about their customers."

"I hired Austin to install an EV charger in my garage. Austin was very attentive, coming out on my schedule to do a quick walkthrough of the garage and give me an estimate. I found his estimate to be very fair, and we scheduled a time this last weekend to have it installed. Austin gathered all information he needed and arrived on time to perform the job. Overall it took about 4.5 hours for him to run the conduit for the charger to the other side of the garage, and install the charger. The charger worked right off the bat, and the inspector just stopped by and said it was good work. Overall, I would recommend Austin to anyone looking to do electrical work in their home, and I will absolutely use him again."

"They ran into some weird problems with my old 1978 ground wires and ancient fuse box. Didnt slow 'em down. They had the whole thing ripped out, replaced with a better one, rotohammered and re-grounded my house, showed and told me what they were doing and what to expect. They worked with me to get my estimate to what made the most sense. Advised about fixtures and future proofing. 11/10 Mike an Nick were great. So good in fact, I'm setting up some more work. They were experienced, they were nice (fun even!)and no egos! Thats an almost impossible combo."
