Reviews
Write a ReviewTime from consultation to install was longer than expected because they had to come for a second and third measurement but they were able to stay within the 6-8 week timeframe we were originally given. I?m sure we may have been able to find cheaper options out there but I love the new windows! The windows replaced are on the west side of the house (we live in Phoenix, AZ) and what was once the most unbearable portion of our home due to heat is now the cooler part of our home. Our AC doesn't run as long and we don't need to keep our curtains closed 24/7 in order to stay cool. The install crew was quick, professional and courteous in regards to clean up. There was a slight error with the screens we ordered but they are already rectifying that and we'll have the correct screens in a week or so. I?d recommend them but beware that you're paying more for a better quality window. We are excited to have new windows just in time for the hot Arizona summer!
DaBella's representatives were very responsive and professional. DaBella offers a custom premium window solution which may be more than some want to pay. We haven't yet decided which window vendor to go with but you should include DaBella in your list of potential window vendors when collecting estimates.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Total roof replacement on main house. Very satisfied.
Roof has been completed. Excellent work and products. Siding and windows installation about June.
They use only the Cadillac of products. Sales people are not pushy and know the product being installed.
We went with this company because the salesman sold us a picture of high quality products and workmanship. Unfortunately for us the quality of workmanship was not present when our roof was applied. I've been waiting over a month for a finished, high-quality roof that they promised me in their sales pitch. They cut corners with their finishing details and I am now left with exposed wood next to gutters where flashing should be. This company had poor communication with not only me as their customer, but also their contractors. I have been completely unhappy with this whole process and feel frustrated that I paid twice as much as my neighbors for a roof I am still not satisfied with.

They were the most expensive option and they subcontracted the work to Rainy City Roofing I feel I could have had a better deal if I had hired Rainy CityRoofing directly. Part of the thing that sold me on going with the DaBella was them telling me they had special training through GAF for the roofing installation but it looks like Rainy City had the “special training “ toosince they contracted with them
They gave me what I wanted in a timely matter.
They do great work, but charge to much money. We needed a new roof not a second mortgage. The original quote was high to me. But the wife was impressed with presentation and talked me into signing the contract. I wanted to get a couple more quotes. Then when got tearing off old roof they said their was 2 layers of shingles on part of the house and decided to replace all the plywood sheeting. 1,300 for plywood and 3,000 for extra labor. Are roof is only 1600 feet. Roofer guy said it was a simple job, and the old roof came off real easy. I feel being ripped off. This roof should not cost 19.000 dollars.
