DaBella - Bellingham (Windows)

Working with DaBella has been a great experience. It was easy from the measuring of the bathroom, to the picking of the fixtures. Even the financing was a pleasure. Our salesman, Carson, was a great guy - he was friendly and easy to talk with. It was like visiting with an old friend!

The windows are fantastic. Ty is an amazing salesman; explaining everything about the windows. They have made a great improvement to my home. We love them. We are now having DaBella install a new roof. can't wait for that to be completed and expect to love it just as much. Dustin an Ty have been great to work with throughout this project.

They helped arrange financing for replacing the original shingle roof. However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two.

The only bad thing is that the works that came to work on my house didn't speak any English and I had to find someone that could speak to them.

Sales team comes with the inspection, very friendly, want you to make your decision quickly. once I did, things really rolled, they actually did it before the scheduled time.

I feel I should have been given time to get some estimates, made it sound like they are the only ones with gaf but found there are others in area that use the gaf. Felt I could have gotten a better bid with someone else. The roof looks ok but due to cold they say it does not look fully flat and not curled. Workers did not talk much and worked, got it done in 2 days before the rain, left some of the stuff they moved out of place, not sure can find my lights posts they left in the ground when pulled out, already had lost one myself. had to ask for help to put things back on the porch for different worker helping. I think the problem was that one worker did not speak any English when we told this person what needed to be moved back. The roof looks good as we can tell since it is a 2 story house and can not really look it over to make sure pipes and all that had new covers put on. Time will tell if the venting will help with utilities.
