This company is not worth to work with. I'd recommend to stay away. They did resurfacing my pool and after a few months there were cracks happened in the new surface under the water. I couldn't reach them for a while and finally when I did they sent someone to patch it. They patched with a different color and they said it will be the same color by time. It's been almost a year and now I have a patch in the middle of the pool with a completely different color. Meanwhile I tried to reach them a number of times but I can't reach to anybody.

We resurfaced there pool over two years ago this is the first we have heard of any issues? We never patched this pool or any pool we don?t patch pool surfaces??

This was a great company to work with. They were very easy to work with. They were here when they said they would be. Very pleasant and respectful. Our pool was only down less than 1 week and it looks brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about renovating their pool. Thanks to all of the guys (and girls, too) for a GREAT JOB!!

Took a 30 year old pool and made it look like new. Very pleased with their work. Coastal Pool Renovations, Inc, 1416 Lafayette St Ste 1' Cape Coral, FL 33904,+239 5657778 I would highly recommend to others. Could not give them 5 stars under customer service because communications between Coastal Pool Renovations and myself was lacking, but it appears that is the norm. In this area, it appears that other companies are the same way, not keeping the customer updated on the progress. Arrival days are vague and forever changing without notification. As stated, I would without reservation recommend this company to resurface/repair your pool. 30-year-old pool looks brand new. After the work was done, the crew cleaned up the area as if they had never been there.
