Write a ReviewThese guys definitely know what they're doing. Very professional and the end result was perfect. Our pool has never looked so nice. Great job for a decent price. Kept the work site clean as well.
Very friendly employees all around. Professional and qualified.
The repairmen were courteous , thorough, professional in every way. and they charged LESS than the quoted price
Would highly recommend Coastal Pool Service. They replaced our broken pool heater in less than 24 hours from our first call. Very professional and excellent pricing. We are very pleased with the results and would use them again.
Our pool turned out beautiful. Very happy with results.
The pool heater was fine. But the solar blankets were a joke. Cut to pool size and left floating free on the surface, no safety anchors on the side, no roller feature, just an accident waiting to happen. Now I am calling a different company to put solar blankets on a power motor roll up with additional safety locks, and having to have this project redone.
The customers pool heater was installed the very next day. The pool covers were included in the estimate there was never anything discussed about electric motors hooked up to a roller. We did what was agreed between both parties.
Pool Heater was delivered the same day by the factory and installed the next day. Price was amazing and install was great.
The best price and service in town, can only recommend Coastal Pool Service to anyone that is interested in cleaning and maintaining the pool. The cleaning team is coming always the same day and time. For repairs, fair and prompt solutions! Thank you!
Randy responded quickly and did the work quickly at a reasonable cost.
Our project with Coastal Pool to resurface our pool and replace coping took much longer than Randy promised and I'm not referring to the delay of having to order a 2nd pallet of coping because the 1st pallet ordered had too many broken ones to complete the project. Apparently, Randy does not have his own crew to remodel pools, just to clean and maintain them, because when someone would actually show up it was often late in the afternoon and they arrived in different pool company vehicles. This was not revealed to us prior to hiring him but does explain why they always arrived late in the day. One day specifically, a crew arrived at 5 pm and completed a lot of the work while it was storming out so badly the crew was under a tarp, standing in two feet of water while using an electrical saw! It was lightning out so badly we were afraid to go outside and ask them to leave. Other than Randy not returning phone calls or responding to text messages our biggest issue was with tile not being installed around the steps and already existing bench in the pool. We previously had tile in both areas and communicated to Randy at least 3 times about the tile and we also spoke directly to the installers about the tile and where we wanted it to be placed. Of course, we were not home when they started the finish and that's when Randy said they would be installing the tile around the steps and bench. Upon arriving home we noticed there wasn't any tile around the steps or bench and we contacted him immediately about it and we have received 5 different responses about the missing tile in the following days: 1. They forgot about it 2. Randy said he was there when it should have been installed and he and the tile guys decided they didn't like the way it looked 3. We never discussed putting tile around the steps and bench 4. Putting tile around the steps and bench is old school (funny how when his maintenance employees have been out they have all asked why we didn't put tile in those areas) Meanwhile, he gave us a brochure in which to choose step markers for the steps and bench and he gave us his word he would install them after the new finish cured which would take a month. As the month time frame approached we settled and sent him our choice for step markers in which we never received a reply. Upon questioning him further he said that company was out of business and he couldn't get what we chose. We then called the brochure company and they were in fact still in business and had exactly what we chose for step markers in stock. Texting Randy with this information resulted in no response until days later when he emailed us photos of cheap vinyl stickers he said he could glue on our steps. We were horrified after spending a lot of money on resurfacing our pool and after paying him in FULL and in good faith that he would follow through on finishing the project as discussed and promised that he would expect us to then put cheap stickers on our steps. His final and #
The customer fired their paver company in the middle of their job. The customer came to us to help them finish the job. I showed the customer samples of coping that was in stock and they agreed on a specific style and color. We installed the coping and finished the pool renovation within a week, the customer was happy with the work and thanked us.
