We had a tremendous experience with Coastal Pool! Randy s pool expertise was invaluable and he was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. The work crews were extremely skilled at their craft and amazing to watch - we are so glad we chose Coastal Pool - they literally transformed our outdated awful pool & deck area, into a showstopper!!!!

After payment was received by Randy, communication stopped. I did not feel like I was a preferred customer and still don't. I felt that when ever I had to call about something, the tone of his voice was "you're bothering me.. As if to say that I have your money, now you are of no use to me& Be sure to get everything to include every little detail in writing.
Response from Company:
The customer said we did not add salt to there pool we added over 200 pounds of salt. We went back and showed the customer the proper way to test the salt in the pool.

I was very pleased with the quality of work response time when I had a question. I just wish they hadn't discovered additional problems which required a new heater and electical panel. Very pleased with Costal Pool

I would definitely recommend this company.We used this company to refinish our pool. This company was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The price was right. Randy was very friendly and listened to all we had to say. The crew were very professional and on time. We are so happy we went with this company. Our pool looks like we just put it in.

Very satisfied with the pool refinishing. Also fixed the underwater pool light at no charge. Workers did leave a little mess in the yard cleaning up their equipment with leftover material from the refinishing work. Overall, I would recommend them to anybody.
