He has maintained our pool for 5 years and has repaired the heater, filter and our indoor and outdoor display and control panels. It is absolutely delightful to have this level of service which at times is challenging to find. He is priced very reasonably. I highly recommend him."

"Having never renovated a pool in the past I was quite anxious about the process. Especially as this is a waterfront property with water table issues. They turned out to be absolute experts with the unique characteristics of waterfront pools... I have had quite a few snags with contractors in the past, and this was my first experience with a pool. John and his family team were on time, did an absolutely outstanding and creative job with mosiac tile and their word was as good as their bond which is hard to find these days. From soup to nuts this family business delivered, from starting the project on time to completing it when promised, and at the price that was quoted, with no add on surprises. Lots of companies complete a job and are not available for the follow through in the event of concerns and problems. This team has a dedicated trouble shooter for any problems AND they are communicators, if not answering the phone on the spot, then always returning calls in a timely matter. Without having to ask I was sent a letter via email to submit to the water company to reduce my water bill. I highly recommended this company."

"I contacted Robert for estimate of installing solar panels for heating our pool. He was very personable and answered all my questions. The system was connected to the pool pump (needed to be replaced also) and works great with immediate effect on pool temp. The work was done carefully and at reasonable cost. "Robert came out and identified the problem we were having with our pool. (salt cell had no power) New salt cell didn't work so the problem had to be the board. Robert ordered a new board and salt cell. (Our old salt cell was 5+ years old, so it was nearing the end) Henry came out the next day and installed the new board and salt cell and now everything is working as it should. Both Robert and Henry are very knowledgeable, polite and very easy to work with. They have been servicing our pool equipment (pump, cartridge filter and solar panels since 2021 and we have never been disappointed. "Simply outstanding!  I recently bought a house in Cape Coral, and the previous owner had neglected the pool.  After four weeks, the pool maintenance company that we hired told me that they could do nothing about clearing up the water because the pool needed to be refinished (at an estimated cost of $8700 and with a 3 month wait).  I was so fortunate to find Joe at Pool Pros!  I wish I could post before and after pictures - what Joe was able to do in 4 days was amazing!!!  Joe and Pool Pros are absolutely the best!!"

"I received a few estimates and Tony had a great price. He isn't the cheapest but he is far from the most expensive. But if your looking for a job done well, with care and great craftmanship then look no further Tony was amazing. He was on site either performing the work or supervising to ensure the job was completed properly. Kristal Pool renovation resurfaced our pool, removed the old coping and water line tile and replaced. They also installed new pavers. The whole job turned out better than I could have hoped for. We also had a drainage issue with rain water going into our pool. Tony raised the coping and installed new drains. We had our first heavy rain and I'm happy to say nothing went into the pool. I don't give glowing reviews unless the contractor truly deserves it, so you can believe he earned it. And one last note, his always communicated with us keeping us informed every step of the way. Specific areas include: - installation of new pump - installation of new heater - recommendation for solar panel install company - new pump went bad and she had a new one out and installed within 2 days - Heavy duty pool vacuuming (process is called "Hammerhead") after pavers around lanai & patio were cleaned and sealed. Lots of stuff in bottom of pool that my pool vacuum wouldn't clean up."
