Being from up North, I am always cautious about hiring contractors here in Florida... The posted reviews were mixed... .Mike was the sales representative. He promised us, that the pool resurfacing would be completed by a certain date. Sounds too good to be true. Unannounced, I went to the storefront, Located in Cape Coral. I was immediately meet by a very involved owner. Everything appeared to be on the up and up. We went ahead and contracted with them. WOW. There was a large and experienced crew out here... everyone had their job to do... the resurfacing made my pool look like new. I ran a contracting business, up North, for over 30 years... I know a good crew when I see one. I highly recommend this company.

The job was ok I was satisfied with the job. I did have issues after the fact and I called them and they came out right away. Fixed the issues and I am very happy about the service.

I appreciated that the owner Randy, was hands on in helping to design and oversee project, still waiting on a coup;e of smaller issues to be resolved all and all a quick, knowledgeable company, that worked on the given timeline

Randy's crew knew what they were doing, They did a beautiful job on our pool the renovation was done quickly and efficiently. They installed a Mosaic of a dolphin, and some fish with ease. The crews cleaned up after each days work . We would recommend Coastal Pools to anyone for a renovation. We don't know about the pool care end yet I'll review that when our service has a full 4 weeks. Thanks Randy!

I gave this company 2.5 stars as the actual resurfacing job they did turned out nice and it was completed in a timely manner, however, immediately after the job was complete our pool started to leak and we were not able to run the skimmer as the water line remained under the skimmer. Randy was adament that it was not their fault and did not work with me to remedy the situation. He suggested I hire his friend for $250 to diagnose the leak. I hired another leak detection service for $150 who quickly pinpointed the leak (at the area where the resurfacing met up with the skimmer) and repaired it. Since then we have had some bleeding along the top edge of the resurfacing that I contacted Randy about. He advised me to have my pool guy brush it with acid. My pool guy refuses to mess with it because he doesn't want to mess up the finish or give it an uneven coloring compared to the rest of the pool. I am most disappointed that Randy does not stand behind his work when there was a problem.
