The pool was refinished as promised. They used Ixxxxx pools.I recommend using Island pools directly instead of this contractor.

I recommend Randy. In my experience, he's straight spoken and delivers what he promises.

Randy was prompt to reply to our request for a pool resurfacing project. After looking at samples and being overwhelmed, Randy simply asked what color do you want the water to look like? I wanted the color of the water in the Mediterranean. Randy knew exactly what I meant, he suggested the tile, cap tile, and resurface colors. He delivered. Our pool is beautiful. We were informed daily as to what work would be done. The crews that came were polite, hard working men. I would highly recommend Randy and Coastal Pools to anyone without hesitation. Hired Coastal Pool Service to renovate my old pool. Met with Randy for estimate and signed contract same day. This company’s Crew organization is awesome. These crews work so well together. Randy has something special here. After renovation, Joe came in to care and clean pool. Paul tests for leaks. The pool is gorgeous and we will enjoy it for many years! Highly recommend this professional and very friendly and considerate company and employees.
