They came out immediately. Friendly and professional. My only issue is that they didn’t provide a receipt or invoice. I’m still waiting on the invoice. But the pump is working perfectly.

We are thrilled with the final product. It is important to remain flexible about what days they will be working and the hours they may be there. They use different crews for different tasks - weather and availability of materials may impact the work. Nevertheless, they were done within a week. They were professional and cleaned up everything. The only problem was that they didn't add enough salt at the very end and our regular company had to add more.

Unreliable and unprofessional!! They did not finish the work. They left two brown stains on the pool floor and never thoroughly cleaned my DE filter despite several phone calls and text messages. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work. I would never recommend them for any job. I have just read the Costal Pool owner's response to my review and find it dishonest at best. They never returned to complete the project. I had to hire a separate contractor to finish the job including cleaning out the spa jets of plaster. I have no reason to post dishonest comments on this site, other to warn potential customers of Coastal Pools. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

The customer has a pool without a pool cage and they put plants all around the pool. The leaves from the plants are settling to the bottom and making marks. This will be a continuous issue if they do not move the plants. We back washed there DE filter numerous times. We have been to this customers house numerous times doing repairs at no cost.

We had our pool resurfaced by Coastal Pools. It looks beautiful and the tile accents on the stairs were just what we wanted. The project was done in a timely manner. Randy was very professional and accommodating. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and polite. This was one of the best services we have had in over 30 years that we have been here. Thanks to all!
