Roof looked great when they were done. The only issue we had was a lack of communication on an extra cost due to more old layers than was planned for. Other wise we were very happy with their work.

The quality of this roofing is the best! However, we had some trouble getting someone from the office to call us back. In the end we are very happy, especially with Kelley and her rain gutter crew.

Purchased new replacement windows for our home. The Park Ave window line was the way for us to go. The price as well as product features were the right combination for us. As far as the company, the service, again the price, the communications and the delivery time were all great and hassle free. Will definitely go to them for our next home improvement project.

There was only one gentleman installing the gutters and we felt that was a bit risky. They were very conscientious about a screen that they broke and took care of it but it was a hassle trying to get it back as I had to follow up a few times. I did not feel listened to about a downspout I wanted in a certain spot but overall, I am happy with the work.

Clear Choice has been frustrating. It began when the rep scheduled for an in-home estimate never showed and never called. Every step of the process was stressful from no one listening when we tried to make it clear we wanted new installation windows to waiting 10wks for windows to be installed (contract stated 'installed within 4-6wks'). The kicker was a letter they sent 7wks later claiming we still owed a payment even though I was pd in full on my end. The letter threatened lawyers fees per the contract and claimed they contacted us several times by phone, yet we never even received a message. It's 3 months later, still waiting for screens.
