I had my roof as well as gutters done by Clear Choice. The installers were great! We plan on using them next spring to do our windows as well. Customer service was fantastic.

they had to reschedule 3 times. i was told the job they were on took longer than expected. the 3rd time they didn,t show up at all! when they finally came on the 4th try, we had a bunch of non English speaking people milling about with no foreman. and I was told they didn.t come before becuase the shingles didn,t come in. Really? A roofing company doesn.t have any gray asphalt shingles?

They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. You're fast, Courteous, And very neat. They did A very good job.

They replaced the roof with the Owens Corning roof system and they added gutters as well as gutter covers. I was impressed with their professionalism and felt they communicated throughout the entire process. They gave me a price right there and it was in line with what I had received from other companies. I likes their professionalism so I went with them. Their team of installers were great. Cleaned up after themselves, showed up on time and my home looks beautiful.

HIred them and they could not be bothered to show up on time, Now that the covers are on I have birds nexting in my gutters, Since the gutter isn't clogged they won't help. My option is to get a ladder go up 30ft and clean my own gutters, then try one of several "self help" methods to modify my covers to make them bird proof. Bottom line is I spen good money to make cleaning my gutters more difficult. Their customer service is also no existent

If I could have figured how to rate them a 0 they would not have got the 0.5. I signed the contract and gave them a $2000 deposit which I did not get back and they never showed up to do the work. I was told the work would start in a couple of weeks and six months later they still had not showed up after many calls. When I told them I wanted to cancel the contract they told be there would be a 25% penalty ($4000) but I was able to get them to drop that but I still lost the deposit

This company did vinyl siding on my home which was done well thanks to the sub-contractor. My contract included replacement of wood underneath siding which company felt should not be included. Co. tried to get me to pay for all wood in spite of contract. Also replaced three windows which looked beautiful but were not properly insulated and sealed around edge. Could see light and feel wind coming in. Told Proj Mgr right away and he promised to fix but never did. Even told Co. sales team and they also promised but no one's come to fix. Has now been a few months. Hire at your own risk.
