Installation team was great- very polite, on time, cleaned up after themselves. All other aspects were poor- communication between company about contract and when they were coming to install. It was up to us, as the customers, to call them to make sure everything was on schedule. Even after speaking to someone â high upâ the day before the installation (because we hadnâ t received any confirmation that they were indeed coming and he just happened to answer the phone) and he assured us he would follow up after installation was completed, we have t heard anything. Not a cheap product so would expect better customer service. Would not use them again.
