The installers went above and beyond. I had 8 Windows installed, great quality. Very pleased with the product and quality of installation. A bit pricy, but worth the cost.

Clear Choice was more expensive than the others, but their sales rep was punctual and I liked that their product isn't attached to the house by being nailed or screwed into the siding. That's pretty much where the good experience ends. They took MUCH longer than the estimate they promised (maximum 12 weeks wait for install) and cancelled the first appointment and didn't even bother to call to let me know they wouldn't be coming to my house for the next 4 visits and finally arrived an hour late without calling when they finally installed my gutters. I'm really disappointed that they disrespected my time that way. I'd give their customer service 0 stars if I could.

Great experience. Salesman answered my questions and had an informative video. Negotiated a price based on two quotes I got. Work done in one day, which was important as husband has Alzheimer's. Job included home, two car garage, and large shed. Pleased to have a 50 year non-prorated transferable warranty. When supplies did not arrive in time, the project manager made two trips with his truck to pick everything up. Very happy with work performed and experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent installation. Scheduled and executed very quickly. Workers friendly, did quality job. Product appears to be of excellent quality. Price was high. Straight forward, simple job of 1 run with 2 downspouts. Sales contact was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had to make 2 trips when one would have sufficed. Carbon type paperwork was almost illegible. Paperwork did not properly explain what was being proposed. In other words the forms used were deficient. Phone calls cleared things up. Also I was not told that I had to register with manufacturer for warranty to be effective -- found out on internet. Would like to have given them a full grade of 5 because people and product were great to deal with.
