The installation team was tremendous. Other than looking at the new shower I couldnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t have even told they were there. Everything was immaculately done and no scrap of anything was left behind. The quality of the product is excellent. The one thing I would say is be careful not to rush through what it is you want. Sometimes the communications is not solid. We had a couple things go wrong, and they were very willing to straighten it out.

The crew of two showed up on time, and immediately began working. They were very thorough, and kept the rest of the house protected as they worked. It was estimated to take 12 hours, and they were cleaned up and gone in about 11 hours. Six weeks later, everything is working and looking great! Will be using them again for other projects.

Very responsive and professional. The first sales call was performed by a new agent who should have provided a better overview of the details of the visit to set proper expectations. This was followed up by the manager with whom we closed the deal. As with other window companies, the original estimate was too high to be believable and I would recommend that this industry get better about appropriate quoting to build trust with the homeowners. That said, the quality of the window - Okna Eco Pro 600, and the quality of the installers appears to be top notch. They showed up when expected, on time, worked hard to install 17 windows over 2 days and left the site clean and neat.
