Overall very good. However, two elements of the experience with this company were a bit disturbing: after initial assessment, mutual agreement to go forward, and down payment, communication lines for setting the dates were intermittent at best and multiple phone calls were required on our part. When the date was finally agreed upon, they were spot on, prompt and efficient. After completion of the work, at the time of a final walk around, a check was requested for final payment. This was many thousands of dollars. The amount was not in question. We had prepared, had money in the bank to cover it, and my wife wrote a large check. No receipt appeared to be forthcoming and she then requested it. The sheet of paper on which the original contract was written was used by the onsite job foreman who simply flipped the sheet over to the blank reverse side and hand scrawled a brief note, illegibly signed. Not the receipt you normally get when you hand over enough money to buy a new SUV. All of that said, the individuals involved were otherwise quite professional in their interactions with us and the work was exceedingly well done in a very short time, so we WOULD use them again.
