They did not clean up when they finished. I had to pick up screws, nails and pieces of metal that were left on my deck and in the dog kennel. They did not fix the soffit that was on the contract. They said it was either fix soffit or fascia. I cannot recommend New London Leaf Guard as a vendor for Clear choice. Still not written warranty of work.

This is the second time I am using Clear Choice Home Improvements to work on my windows. My experience with them is always great. When we are finished with all of the windows in my house, I will use them for my roof too. Great company A+

Was quoted a price of 5800.00 for replacement windows and 1new construction window. I paid 3000.00 on August 17, 2017 and was told by Robert Desrosiers VP of the company that my windows could probably be installed around the 2nd or 3rd week in September. I was excited to say the least as that was a big purchase for me and I definitely needed new windows for my home. Now we are out 4 months and still no windows. It has been excuse after excuse with no follow through. Unbelievable how Mindy in the office is just as bad. I called her one morning to try to get some information about the windows but she was just walking through the door and told me I'll call you right back. She never did. You can never get information because someone is either sick or has left for the day. When they say they'll call you back you seldom get the call. You have to keep calling them. I am so disgusted with this company and cannot believe they are still in business. My question to Home Advisor is why is this company on your site?
