We were totally satisfied--far beyond our expectations! The installers were clean, conscientious, polite, considerate, and extraordinarily careful with our belongings. They truly operated like a well-oiled machine. They used drop cloths and there was not a speck of debris to be found after they left. They were true craftsmen--we have an older house where things aren't always level, but they were skilled at making everything look perfect. No unexpected surprises with the bill!

The problem for my refund of $500.00 has been resolved. I am livid over this company as they pulled a bait and switch then lied to me directly. I own a gambrel style house and angle wedges are needed to do the job correctly. Well the sales person came to the home to give me a quote and I was shown a sample of what to expect. It was approx. 1 foot section with the angle wedge. I should have taken a picture, but did not think. When workers came for the install I asked how the gutters are going to be installed. Well it was a far cry from what I was told and shown from the sales person. After a while of talking with the installers I had them call the office to check on it. The person who did the estimate told the installers he never shown me anything like that. I am not a liar and do not make things up on a whim. So I cancelled the job right then and there for being lied to. After a short period of time I received a call from the office. I let the know I had been lied to and cancelled my install. I became so angry after waiting months to have this done I let them know I wanted only my deposit back and should anyone come near my property I will call the police and have them arrested. I am not a happy camper.

Excellent job. Superb crew. Minor glitch in transmission of salesman's job spec notes to installation crew instructions. Problem brought to mgt attention during job: immediate and fully responsive correction. Total job three work days: amazing.

Clear Choice did an excellent job in the Roofing job. They arrived on scheduled and completed the striping of the asphalt Roof Shingles and place on the new roof within one day. They did the final cleanup the next day. The price was good it was within the other competitive bids I received. Great to find a company who performs the job within the agreement made.

Would highly recommend clear choice , we had our roof and gutters done this past summer and they did a great job. Not only were they skilled, but friendly and concerned about how satisfied we were!
