One window was broken and we were told it would be replaced in 3-4 weeks. Called to check today and the manufacturer has not even accepted the work order yet and when they do, it will be another 3-4 weeks to get the replacement window! NOT HAPPY!

We're very pleased with the Okna vinyl replacement windows, as well as the installation provided by Clear Choice and the warranties. Very professional, prompt, with great workmanship. Project completed in about 3/4 of one day, despite very hot, humid weather. We expect to have more windows installed by Clear Choice next year.
