Excellent company from customer service to installers. They installed in one day. Very impressed with the final product. They cleaned up after themselves. Installer were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
If you are considering working with this Company you should check out their reviews on Better Business Bureau, Yelp and any other sites that have reviews. They are very difficult to work with. They do not call you back or keep appointments once they are made. This is a letter we sent to the company. We are just asking for our Deposit back at this time. We are requesting retraction of our contract per our current outdated agreement as presented to us. This Contract is an OLD/outdated contract with incorrect information per Jackie and Nate S. The Contract as presented to us was for siding that your company does not carry anymore and the finance company is not the same company that we applied too. The general proposal had no detailed scope of work, the materials listed were incorrect. The work to be preformed is incorrect. We requested new construction windows and the contract states replacement windows. On October 25th, we met with Alan A (our second meeting) and gave him a ten-thousand-dollar deposit. He told us a project manager would call to make an onsite appointment to make final measurements of the windows and siding. This project manager would go over the full scope of work in detail. The Company held onto our deposit check until November 1st which put us beyond our three-day cancellation period of the contract. On that same day the company tried to withdraw $25,382.50 from our Greensky account for product and materials that they have no idea what to order and we still have not received any contact from a project manager. On that day Jackie from accounting called to ask why we declined the request for money. We called Jackie back and it took a full day and a half, after three more phone calls for Jackie to return our calls. We explained to Jackie why we declined the request for money, because no project manager has called us or come to the house to see the scope of work and materials. Jackie said she would put us in touch with a project manager. We spoke with Kara and she scheduled Aaron to come out for the siding project on Friday, November 3rd in the afternoon. She said Aaron would call us before the appointment. She also scheduled Edwin for Tuesday, November 7th at 8am for the measurement of all the windows. Nate S called Thursday evening, November 2nd. He agreed the contract we signed was an outdated contract. He confirmed our appointment for Friday. He left his personal cellphone number and said to call at anytime if we had questions or problems. Friday, November 3rd we waited until 6pm, with no word from Aaron or Clear Choice Home Improvement for our appointment that was scheduled for that day. We called Nate S cell phone, voicemail was full and was not accepting any messages. We called the Office number twice and left messages. We feel at this time we are not comfortable with your companies practices and are cancelling our contract. We are requesting our ten-thousand-dollar deposit to be refunded immediately due to the lack of communication and no show for an appointment from your company. We did get a callback from Chris A and were told that we forfeited our deposit once we cancelled the contract. It does not say that anywhere in the contract. If that was explained to us than we would not have given them a deposit. We are just asking for our deposit back at this time. Very unprofessional company to work with.

I live in a 140-year-old home, which usually presents some unique challenges. My sales/PM Alan was knowledgeable and upfront with me regarding costs and what I could expect for my roof install, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Clear Choice was communicative throughout the process and handled everything from the permits to material supply and logistics. All I really had to do was pick the shingles. The work crew was on time and completed the project in two days, including clean-up. The dumpster was removed a couple of days later.
