What a great pleasure to do business with Glenn. He spent time explaining his water softening system and RO system with us. He answered all of our questions and his system just made sense to us. Other companies came to give us quotes and Glenn beat all of their bids. The other companies were going to put the water softener on the side of our house and run pipes up and around (not a good idea with the heat in AZ). Glenn's installers did a seamless job by putting it in our garage and going through our attic. Did the install in less than 2 hours with no issues at all. The RO system is a life changer. No more getting bottled water. The water tastes amazing and the separate water faucet at the sink is great. Refrigerator has a line to it so ice cubes and cold water are also RO water. We did not realize how hard our water was until taking a shower with soft water! It is truly heaven. Our skin is so soft to the point where you don't have to use lotion. We are so happy we chose Glenn and Aquaco. The personal touch from Glenn made all the difference. We would highly recommend Aquaco.

They did an amazing job

We were looking into a Reverse Osmosis System, because we are tired of getting bottled water to drink, and Glenn with Aquaco was awesome! We did a virtual meeting with him explaining everything! We did have a couple other companies come in for estimates and they were extremely high and only a 2 year warranty. Glenn sent his installer, Higi, and hooked us up in a few days. Took about 1 1/2 hrs, at the most, with installation and running a water line to our refrigerator so the water & ice will be great now and actually drinkable! Higi explained what to do to clear the water lines and how to shut it off, if needed. I love it because you can choose when to use it because there is a separate faucet installed on the sink for the system. Best decision we ever made!

Not only was the price the best so was the service, feedback and install. Glen talked us through the entire process and even put it in writing. Everything the company does , all warranties, work, and future processes are all in writing. We're glad we found this company. The installer was on time and did a great job and explained eveything about the system to us. He made sure we understood everything before he left and answered all our questions. After shopping through multiple water treatment companies, I am ecstatic that I found Aquaco. Easily the most personable and knowledgeable person in the purification market, bar none. Quick efficient install. Instead of a 4 to 6 hour window they told me that they would be there at 8 and they were right on time. Installed softener and reverse osmosis system in 2 hours. They left no mess and everything was working.

Let me begin by saying I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Aquaco, LLC. After sitting down with several water softening companies my husband and I, we are retired military, decided to go with Aquaco, LLC. We dealt directly with the companyâ s owner Glenn, who was very knowledgeable and informative. Glenn is such a pleasure, he has a great sense of humor, which we could all use coming out of the year we all just had. He answered all our questions and the cost/warranty of the units cannot be beat, so the only thing left was to schedule. Fast and efficient service, and once the units are installed they begin to make a world of difference in your life, everything changes. The installation went quickly and neatly. The installers ( Fidel and Jorge) were friendly, professional and they go over everything with you. The Water Softener has honestly made our shower feel like a spa. My itchy, dry skin is a thing of the past, my skin feels healthier and more vibrant. The Filtration System has remarkably improved our drinking water and the clear ice cubes are great, no more bottled water. We now have peace of mind about our homes pipes and plumbing. We had very specific requirements for our water system. We didnt want a salt water conditioner for environmental reasons but I was sick of all the calcium buildup in my new dishwasher, on my new glass shower doors, and on my new bathroom fixtures, not to mention the pipes. Glenn worked closely with us to work out a solution. Now we have great tasting water that doesnt leave spots. The installers were great and went over how the devices worked. His guarantee cant be beat. I highly recommend Aquaco.
