I had a wonderful experience and can't say enough great things about Aquaco and the owner Glenn. The entire experience of purchasing and installing my whole house water treatment system was exceptional. Glenn took the time to explain every detail. We did a facetime call and while Glen was explaining what he hoped would serve me he wrote the details on a white board which made it easy for me to understand. You can tell Glenn truly cared about me and thanked me for my service as a veteran. Brandon came today to make the installation and his communication was excellent. He was kind, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions about my new water filtration system.

In our quest to stay healthy in our golden years, we realized how important a healthy water supply played in our journey. Glenn from Aquaco helped us identify our needs and he and his team installed a water whole house conditioning system. One of our reasons for the Aquaco system was how user friendly the whole system operated. We could not be more satisfied with the product and the customer service. Brandon came out to assist with changing our RO filter, and his communication was excellent. He contacted us a few days in advance to coordinate with our schedule, which we really appreciated. Brandon was kind, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions about the filter change as well as our overall water filtration system. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish.

First of all let me tell you that working with AquaCo has been an absolute treat! My wife and I meet Glenn at the Home and Garden show and we were impressed by his knowledge and upfront honesty when it comes to his craft. He was clear with the facts and upfront with the needs of our house. It was especially nice of him to video call us and adress our questions even though we had to take a out of town trip. So far 24 hours into owning our water softener my hair feels less crunchy after showers and our glass was practically spotless after my shower. I have also noticed that our water out of the fridge is already tasting better. Glenn and his team did a great job installing out new water filtration system! We ended up getting the one that goes through the hot water system due to our home being a townhouse. He also installed an RO system under the sink. The installers were prompt and polite. I can recommend using this company.

I want everyone to know how wonderful it was to work with Glenn and his crew. They were very helpful and professional. I felt like they were part of my family. The water treatment and purification system is a wonderful addition to my house. I would recommend them to everyone I know. The water is so much better than city water that was originally going into my home. My granddaughter used to cough when drinking water and now she doesn't. As a military family, we have had plenty of experiences in the past with services that didn?t quite live up to the hype. As a result, our trust in services have unfortunately diminished. We searched up water purification companies upon relocating to Arizona and came up with AquaCo. We were anxious at first but came to realize that it was such a great find! We?ve had the system for 2 years now and still get very impressed whenever we interact with Glen and Brandon. They communicate clearly and exude values like trust and commitment which does not come as often from businesses nowadays. When you speak with Glen, just don?t forget to ask about his impersonations. Lol. He may keep discussions light but the man never fails to deliver. We highly recommend!
