This company was very easy to work with. Glenn was very quick to contact me once appointment was made. He was professional and friendly. He was able to see us the next day. Once we agreed, the system was placed the next day. The installer was very professional and informative, he was able to answer all my wife's questions, and she can be very thorough. Best water I have tasted! I was able to notice the difference same day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Being a picky customer with a mechanical background I pay attention to the quality of the products I purchase and also the quality of the installation. This is a great product and the install went right on time as scheduled with quality workmanship - I was also impressed with their efficiency. Glen came out to talk to us about his whole house water treatment. He checked out various sections of the house with regard to install of the system & what it might require. when it was decided that we would in fact purchase his system, Glen gave us a window of time for the very next day, Saturday. Fidel & Gerardo, his expert installers, were there in the middle of estimated time.They went right to work, answered all of our questions & concerns. Fidel was very knowledgeable of the equipment and systems requirements. they cleaned up all of their work areas just as if they had never been there. They set up the unit in just position I requested without hesitation, and even connected our fridge to the waterline, it was not yet connected and we didn't know how to do it ourselves, so that our instant water & ice would be on the Aquaco system. Glen so far has always answered any of my phone calls as questions have popped up. We have enjoyed great tasting and feeling water now for a week. So far so great!!!
