I was contacted within 5 minutes of my Home Advisor posting. Work was scheduled for next day. The work crew arrived on time at 8 AM. However, details of the install were more complicated than first expected so they said they would be back later in the day, after finishing other jobs. It was a Saturday so I didn't care. Crew returned at 4 PM. They completed my water system and under kitchen sink reverse osmosis water filter before sundown. Install was very professional and looks good. After several weeks I have found no issues. I am still getting use to full soft water delivery to entire house. I haven't used their customer service option yet. However, per my contract, I am guaranteed a lifetime filter replacement on my reverse osmosis system which requires a yearly replacement. They are supposed to come to my home and do the job annually. I have experience changing under the sink filters and after several years, the container can become sticky and very hard to unscrew so I hope this service proves to be as described. I did not get any other bids so I can't give a full value for money rating. However, given the amount of copper piping and re-construction of my delivery system along with the house front arrangement of my faucets, both soft water and pre-treatment, plus water shut-off values which I had previously costed out, I think I ended up paying in the lower spectrum of the high end market cost range of $4000 to $7,000.
