If there was a ten star rating, I would leave it! From beginning to end, Aquaco delivered top notch service on my new water refining system! Glenn, the owner called me personally to determine my needs and clearly presented a variety of options to cater to those needs. An installation time was scheduled for just days, not weeks later and fancy this, they showed up early! The technician Geraldo was an absolute pro! He was friendly, knowledgable, and outlined the plan of action, then quickly got to work. Before I could say “So long hard water,” I had a brand new whole home water system, a new water heater and an RO system for under the kitchen sink! (I still say the guy is a wizard!) Quality, speed and value. It’s an impossible trifecta, but Aquaco figured out a way to deliver all three! I had a Echo 9 system that didn't work after I changed the filters on a Monday. Went through Home Advisor and saw Aquaco had a good rating. Glenn the owner was who I talked to. He assured us that we would love the whole house water system or he would take it out and have it in by Saturday. We drink alkaline water and now have a system through out the house. There was 0 % funding options but decided to pay cash because he gave us a discount that was hard to refuse. We would highly recommend this system. It has a lifetime guarantee as ling as we own the house. Can't beat that!
