Our salesperson who also owns the company, Glenn, really went out of his way to go over everything with us and took time to explain everything that we needed to know about our system. Aquaco was prompt from our initial appointment to getting the job done. When the job was completed Glenn called us to find out how things were going and we told him of a problem getting ice and He immediately sent a service man to correct the problem. Glenn then made a return visit to our home to make sure we were satisfied. Aquaco is truly a service oriented company. Aquaco gave us a great price for our new water softener and we are happy with our water quality. Being new to this area we are grateful to Glenn for his follow up and assistance. Not only did we find a company that gives what it promises, we also found a new friend in the community. We recommend Aquaco for your consideration. Glenn from Aquaco called right after I click on Aquaco's website. He came to my house the next day and explained the system they use. I didn't want to haul salt anymore so he set me up with a salt free system. The installer came the next morning. He installed the system and left the space clean. Thank you Glenn and Aquaco.

Everything went well, the plumbers were very professional, and the system is fantastic. I originally gave this company a 5 star review, until the salesman/CEO began sending innapropriate text messages and calling my phone daily despite me not responding or trying to keep it about business.

Glen, the President/CEO, personally visited us when we were interested in hearing about Aquaco's water softener. We really needed one badly for the house. We have very hard water and it was showing. We were confident we would be getting the best quality for the dollars because we had been through 2 other estimates before. Aquaco is the best and the value is exceptional. He was able to arrange install the very next day and now the water feels great in the shower. Our dishes from the dishwasher are super sparkling clean. And our clothes are coming out better from the washing machine. We are so lucky Glen took care of us and it paid off in quality and service not going with our first estimate and checking out Home Advisor and finding Aquaco.

Glen was extemely knowleable and helpful in explaining our current water situation and how to best solve our problems. He explained everything clearly and was able to get his team on our job almost immediately. The install team was very professional and did a great job as well. Since we've used the new Aquaco water softener and Reverse Osmosis system our water has been outstanding.

I find it my duty to ask the hard questions in these situations and hash out even the finest details so I know just what I⠠m getting and am not disappointed down the road. So much so that I worried he was just being a slick salesman and telling me whatever I wanted to hear. We closed the deal and bright and early the next morning his installers showed up to do the work. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly⠦and they left the area spotless when they were done. Come to find out after the fact, Glenn even had the installers go over and above what we had agreed on just to make sure I would be happy in the future. The warranties are fantastic and the water analysis numbers are guaranteed. I highly recommend Glenn, his crew, and his product. The water is wonderful and the warranties so comprehensive (even replacement filters for the RO system are covered) that I look forward to hassle free, wonderful water throughout my house for a very long time.
