Wow! What a refreshing experience to deal with a knowledgeable, professional like Glen. He came to our house the same day I put in the request and had my system installed the very next morning. His crew was timely, respectful and obviously knew what they were doing. Clean up and the system is great! A far cry from my previous experiences with other companies in the past. EXCELLENT team!!!

We purchased our system from Glenn, my parents also purchased at the same time. Glenn treated my parents very respectfully, and that meant the world to me! So far, we are very happy with our systems! Just moved to AZ and knew a water softener was a must! When I first spoke to Glenn (the CEO) he was so personal and so passionate about his product! *and let me say, I had no idea Glenn was the CEO. I thought he was the salesman. When Glenn came to my home, his excitement about what he does just showed how much he believes in his product. Not only did he have installers at my house the next day, but Glenn came over in the evening on his way to picking up his finance for dinner to make sure everything went well. What CEO does that?! *As a side note, I had an error msg on tank 2 weeks after the install & couldn't find the main office phone number for some reason. I called Glenn's cell. Glenn was at the airport on his way to Italy. He took my call, gave me a phone number to contact, and followed up with me before getting on the plane to make sure I was taken care of. And YES! The water tastes fantastic! My ice cubes are clear and my skin feels great! Hire this company! More importantly; hire this man!!!

Glenn is committed to offering the best value rather than the cheapest product! The installation was next day and done with precision - and they even serviced my RO system. Then what most don't do - he followed up after the sale to ensure my satisfaction.

Glenn answered all of my questions was very professional. Installation was quick and I didn't have to wait several days to have it installed. The person who installed it answered all of my questions too. Glenn followed up with me and came to the house to check and made sure everything was installed right and to my satisfaction. You can definitely tell the difference in the water , the way it taste and feels in the shower. My laundry looks better. I would recommend your company to friends.

I already knew I wanted to purchase a water softener system, just needed to feel confident about who was coming into my home to install it and get some assistance with financing. They were able to get the paperwork processed and the system installed in a very short amount of time. Notable differences with the soft water! less water spots, less soap needed, softer skin, no more yellow color/tint to the water.

I would say over all good job friendly and helpful. Awesome warranty.
