Glenn contacted me almost immediately to tell me about the saltless system. I was a little on the fence about it but he assured me this was the right way to go. I even talked to another pro and still decided to go with Aquaco! The technician Junior was very knowledgeable about the system and installed it in no time. Gave me an informative tutorial on how to use the system...very helpful. The next day Glenn himself showed up to check the system installation and to give me more information about it. Talking to Glenn was like talking to my brother. If I could do it all over again I would purchase this system again. I plan on utilizing Glenn’s services for my next investment property in the future. BTW...the water really taste good too! This company gets the ?? (thumbs up) from me as an A1 organization who takes care of their customers!! Thank you Glenn!!

System was installed in a timely manner and Fidel did a great job! We instantly had better water pressure in the home and the water feels good. Glenn stuck to his word. Overall we are very pleased with our new softener

The water tastes great and overall we are pleased with what was installed. We would have preferred a system that does not use salt, but we rushed to have a system installed after we moved in and did not do our homework well enough. But again, the water tastes great.

I am a cancer patient and have recently retired to Arizona. Iâ d been buying bottled water but it is important to my husband and I that I have a good water softener and purifier installed after having our water tested in Scottsdale. (I honestly believe that the reason I got cancer in the first place is because I was drinking out of the small 16 oz water bottles for several years and the plastic contaminated the water especially in a hot car or perhaps during the distribution process to a store. (In hindsight I would only carry my water in a stainless steel bottle and not even drink from large gallon plastic bottles in the house since we donâ t know how they are treated during distribution.) Because of this we spoke with 4 different water purification/softener companies/sales people. Two companies said that the job was too complicated since it was a townhouse condo with a shared wall. We had been seriously considering a 3rd company (whom in hindsight Iâ m not sure would have had the knowledge to do this job with its complication) and wanted to talk with one more company to be sure. That is when I met with Glenn from Aquaco. He is the President/CEO of Aquaco and met with me personally the day after I called. His passion and knowledge were fantastic. He runs a large company which does jobs for hospitals, schools, restaurants (including Starbucks) and homeowners all over Arizona. He and his men are true professionals. They know how to get a job done professionally, even if complicated, and left my home and yard immaculate. Although this installation wasnâ t easy, they were able to do it with three men the day after I called. Glenn came out before the job started going well out of his way to make sure it would be perfect, called during the installation to make sure it was going well and came out after its completion to make sure it was done to perfection. He is a very caring person who takes pride in his company. I HIGHLY recommend Aquaco for water purification and softening! They are by far the best available.

My wife and I have had water softeners in the past and dealt with sales people that were just trying to meet quota. Our experience with Aquaco was something completely different. We met with Glenn, the President and CEO late in the afternoon on Sunday. Glenn s knowledge and passion reminded me of Simon Sinek s TED Talk that people don t buy what you do, they buy why you do it. Glenn answered all of our questions and explained why they are different from other vendors, local or national. We decided to move forward on Sunday night and the professional crew showed up at 9:00 the next morning. The job was completed in less than 2 hours including the installation of an RO system as well. Then Glenn personally came to inspect the system and make sure we were happy with the outcome. The story doesn t end there as Glenn assured us they they would be checking from time to time to ensure we were getting what we needed from Aquaco. If you have read all of this it will come as no surprise that we give Aquaco a 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend them to others.

Glenn is amazing to work with. He explains everything, answers all questions and is quick to follow up and ensure the water system is performing to expectations. I'm so glad I went with Aquaco! I wish I would have done this sooner. The system is tucked away and runs through cycles quietly. The system in the kitchen is heaven sent, I forgot how clear ice cubes should be :)

Glen was with the process every step of the way. The installer's did a professional job and left the place clean and neat.
