Joe had actually done some previous work with my husband for our fireplace and remembered the work. The service was, professional, prompt, done very well and he made recommendations that would save me additional cost in the future. I was very pleased with the work and will use them again in the future.

This is our first time using Alpine Chimney and I can definitely say that it won't be our last. We chose them based on a recommendation from a friend and now I know why they came with such high praise. It was extremely easy to make the appointment (thanks Arena) and the guys were at our house and done with the job the next day. Joe and Brian were personable, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The best in the business! Alpine has a customer for life in us. We will absolutely recommend Alpine Chimney Sweeps to everyone we know

The customer service alone is enough for this company to have earned my future patronage. The initial visit was beyond expectations as they cleaned and inspected my chimney and wood stove, AND addressed issues I did not know were issues. The reason I say their customer service is top notch is bc I had an issue with smoke bellowing out and called the number at 9:00 at night. To my surprise I was answered by the owner of the company! To add to that, the service crew was at my house the next day. Issue resolved same day. Great company with no shady upselling involved. Highly recommend alpine.

This company did a very good job. They were clean and courteous. I can see now that they charged me more than I could have paid elsewhere, but it was the price I paid for very fast and competent service.
