    Did a great job. I got an estimate from a another company that wanted more than double to do the job. Alpine Chimney saved me a lot of $$$. The employees were very professional and did an excellent job. In addition they showed up early and finished the job quicker then I expected. I would recommend them to anyone needing any chimney work.

    Price is on par with other chimney sweeps. Were a couple of hours late and the service worker was not the friendliest. I've used Alpine before and in past years the workers were great and they spent more time cleaning and checking the flue. These guys were in and out.

    My lesson: do not pay any deposit until they finish the work and do not pay them all at a time. Once they have your money they will put off their work as long as they can find an excuse ( and they can always ! )

    The receptionist went out of her way to get me on the schedule. When the man came out to cl3ean, he said I didn't need anything but a chimney cap. Didn't charge me, didn't really hard sell any new products. He was helpful and honest. I don't know what it would have been if it needed cleaning, but overall it was a positive experience.
