    They did an excellent job and answered all my questions. I do think though that they should explain their procedure without being asked. Most people do not know what goes into cleaning a chimney.

    I had finally found a buyer for my house. The inspection required that a few hairline cracks be repaired on the refractory panels of my fireplace. On 3/11/14 I paid Alpine $500 to repair the cracks by applying high temp cement to the panels. The pre-closing inspection on 5/19/14 revealed that the cement had come off in 2 places . I had to pay the buyer another $600 to close. On 5/20/14 Joe the owner agreed to mail me a refund check for $500 the next day. After several follow up texts I have realized that Joe is not a man of his word nor does he stand behind his work product. Steer clear.

    Contacted through email. Was able to come out quickly and give estimate. Provided a reasonable quote for a liner install and was able to do it on the spot. Professional all the way. They even mopped the floors from their footprints.

    They were very timely, clean and completed the job in less than 2 hrs. They re-lined my chimney, installed new caps, extended the masonery at the top of the chimney, and installed a new damper. Pricing similar to other chimney companies, but I guess that's what special services cost. Overall, very happy with their service.
