The team from Alpine Chimney were knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative throughout the project. They identified what was needed, discussed cost and timing with me, and then got the job done. It was a rainy day, without my asking they removed their shoes before coming into the house. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

HIRED ALPINE CHIMNEY TO GET TWO CHIMNEY'S REPAIRED THEY TOOK DEPOSIT REPLACED LINER IN ONE CHIMNEY PLUS CAPS FOR 1400. THEN TOOK DEPOSIT TO REPAIR THE CHIMNEY BRICKS. THEY WERE HARD TO GET A HOLD OF DID NOT RETURN CALLS PROMPTLY AND DID NOT COMPLETE JOB THEY HAD TOOK DEPOSIT FOR FOR ABOUT A MONTH. AFTER MAKING MULTPILE ATTEMPTS TO FIND OUT ABOUT JOB STATUS TO NO AVAIL HAD TO CONTACT SERVICE MAGIC TO GET REFUND OF DEPOSIT. ON TOP OF ALL THIS AFTER LOOKING FOR NEW COMPANY TO REPLACE CHIMNEY BRICKS A COMPETITOR SAID THEY INSTALLED THE INCORRECT LINER FOR THE CHIMNEY,THEY INSTALLED A 5.5 INCH LINER WHEN IT SHOULD BE SIX INCH PER CODE.

I apologize that you feel upset but we did do a stand up job and did follow all requirements for your unit. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the size installed for you system. As far as the stone I apologize that it did take longer than expected to get the stone due to my supplier being backed up. When I did have the stone and was ready to do the job you requested your money back which I inturn returned to you quite promptly. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

clean, efficient and courteous..I stayed with them the entire time they were in my house to make sure they did the job correctly...I asked them to protect the floors with drop cloths and they did.The price was appropriate and fair.

Alpine was very helpful in fixing my chimney. They were scheduled to come during the blizzard last week and was very proactive about rescheduling my appointment and coming first thing Tuesday morning. They were prepared to fix the problem on the spot and did so for a very fair price. I would highly recommend Alpine!
