He was very responsive and if we wanted something done differently he would do it. The price was much less than another contractor's quote. We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!!
