    The gentlemen that did the work cleaning my fireplace (and a few other related items) were terrific. They were friendly and extremely efficient. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable as well.

    Alpine has replaced my chimney cover (chaise) in 2006 with a presumably stainless steel cover. They came to inspect my chimney Aug. 24, 2016. The technician claimed that my chimney cover is rusted and needs to be replaced. When I showed the technician Alpine's work receipt from 10 years ago for the installation of a stainless steel cover (that Alpine installed), he said he will forward it to the owner, and somebody will get back to me. Nobody did call me, so I called them twice already. They are claiming now, that as a matter of fact, the technician did not know what he was talking about, and that the cover was in fact made of stainless steel. Alpine is now dragging their feet, unwilling to meet their lifetime warranty obligation! My recommendation to you is - don't use this company!

    They came for an estimate on a cap and repairing cement around stones in my chimney. They quoted and I said it was fine. Little did I know that they do the job on the spot! However it wasn't a clean job, leaving globs of cement on my new roof.
