Showed up on time and finished the work fast. That was the quickest $800 job that I have ever seen. It must be good business for them. They do a good job but they can get pricey. They'll easily find some other things to fix in your chimney. But all in all I'm a happy camper now after I've fired up my chimney. No more worries that it might cause a fire or the rain might seep inside the house.

Very good deal, didn't recommend any unnecessary work and I plan to hire them to put a lining in my chimney. Only one small issue they could have cleaned up a little better but for the rate it was all good.

They came for an estimate on a cap and repairing cement around stones in my chimney. They quoted and I said it was fine. Little did I know that they do the job on the spot! However it wasn't a clean job, leaving globs of cement on my new roof.

Our impression was very good overall. Both gentlemen were courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. All the work was done promptly, including cutting away overgrown ivy. The only criticism we have is that they removed a large outdated copper cover from the roof and threw it down in the backyard. I think they may have intended to remove it but they left it there. But we would recommend them to friends.

I told them where I lived and they said they had been there before. Then I was quoted $59/flue. Upon completion of work, it was $79/flue and I had my realtor there to sign the bill. I spoke with the guy over the phone and have gone back and forth with erina about this change in price..and the wrong tax was charged as well. We're $50 apart in price and I am not happy. Neither was I happy that I got er call within 8 seconds of entering my request and the two other folks took 3 hours and three days. They said they just got my request.

I feel it is necessary to set the record straight. We were not aware it was a townhouse until we arrived. If we had known it was a townhouse she would have been quoted the $99 per flue as stated in every advertisement we have. She in addition asked my service man to lie on paperwork for the new homeowners stating that the chimney flue was fine when in deed it was not. We will not commit fraud.

Got the chimney cleaned and a cap on in under 30 minutes. Price was good. Had to reschedule once because their truck broke down.
